We Make it Easy to Go Live


At Scrubin Uniforms, we make “going live” with our payroll deduct program easy for you.  Once you sign on with us, payroll deduct can be available to your employees as quickly as 10 to 14 business days.  And it requires only a couple of hours of your time.


Plus we’re not “one size fits all” when it comes to implementation.  We understand that different employers have different HR and payroll processes.  We seek to understand your needs in order to make the implementation of our payroll deduct program painless for you.


You’ll have a dedicated Payroll Deduct account manager to guide you through the implementation steps outlined below.  Your account manager will also help ensure the success of the program once it’s live with regular sales updates and reports.


Once Payroll Deduct is live, we provide ongoing customer support for your employees.  We also provide ongoing marketing support for you.  Employees can choose to receive marketing emails alerting them of sales and buying opportunities geared to their specific uniform needs.


When your employees place their orders with Payroll Deduct, we send you a file with the purchase information for approval.  This allows you to approve or decline an order depending on the employment status of that employee.  Each pay period, we will email you a file of the deductions required for that week’s pay roll processing.  This file can be easily uploaded to most payroll software programs.  This process will typically require less than 20 minutes of your time each pay period.
