A fully refundable deposit of $50 per fitting kit will be collected before fitting kits are shipped.  Please be sure to return your fitting kit within 7 business day of receipt.  Deposit will be refunded upon receipt of all items.  Items not returned will be deducted from the deposit at full retail price.
