I love the design and it is perfect in length. I always worry that my shirts will shrink so I don't dry them in the dryer until after the 1st or 2nd cycle. Washed, hung dry, & wore. Only complaint is if it says 100% Cotton, consider going up a size. It is snug for a CNA.
